We do not solicit men for membership in Freemasonry. Every Freemason sought membership in accordance with his own free will.

The following requirements are not a guarantee for membership. Prospects are encouraged to attend Lodge events and get to know the Brethren of the Lodge for about six months before applying for membership.

The dinner before our Stated Meeting is the ideal time for the first visit to our Lodge. Dinners are at 6:30pm on the first Thursday of each month, but we encourage you to confirm on our Calendar and contact us for details.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• California resident for at least one year.
• Belief in a Supreme Being.
• Men who have pled guilty or no contest or have been convicted of a crime of moral turpitude are not eligible for membership.

Application Process

After fulfilling the necessary requirements, prospects may submit an application for membership. The application requires the signatures of two North Hollywood Masons and must include the necessary payment for degrees.

Prospects will be subject to background investigations and interviews. Then, their applications and investigation results will be discussed among the Brethren of the Lodge and a vote will be conducted. If the vote is unanimously favorable, the prospect will become a candidate for the degrees of Masonry and his initiation date will be scheduled.
